These Terms govern your use of drjoelrosen.com and courses.drjoelrosen.com (the "Sites"), operated by Boca Health Care Center. By using the Sites, you agree to them.

Educational content only

Everything on the Sites, including videos, lessons, worksheets, and emails, is for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the Sites does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Talk to your own qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions, and never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read or watched here. In an emergency, call 911.

Free and paid content

We may offer some content free, such as Module 1 of Overcome Overwhelm, and other content for purchase, such as the complete program. Purchased or free content is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, share access, or republish it without our written permission.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout, and payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Coaching and other services

Any coaching or individual services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and nothing on the Sites promises any result.

No guarantees

Results vary by person. We make no promise of any specific outcome.

Third-party links

The Sites link to third-party websites, including an online dispensary. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies. Your dealings with them are your responsibility.

Intellectual property

All content on the Sites belongs to Boca Health Care Center or its licensors and is protected by law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Sites and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
